Individual therapy

One-to-one sessions paced to you, for stress, anxiety, trauma, and the weight of too much for too long.

Couples counselling

Guided sessions for two — communication, conflict, and repair.

Mental health guidance & referrals

Honest direction on next steps, and trusted referrals when specialist care is the right fit.

Community mental health support

Group spaces and outreach that meet people where they are, across Guyana.

Meet the founder

Mr. Zayn Alli.

Founder & President of A Gentleman's Society (AGS)

Mr. Alli has spent the last seven years studying and focusing on social and clinical psychology. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from AUOPS and a PMA in Psychology from John Moores University, Liverpool.

He has worked in homeless shelter services, providing psychosocial support to people living with addiction, single mothers, those living with post-traumatic stress disorder, and the many forms of vulnerability across Guyana that can lead to homelessness.

He has also worked with victims of human trafficking and gender-based violence, as well as with perpetrators toward rehabilitation — meeting people where they are, without judgement.

With a track record of honesty, integrity, and a high standard of confidentiality, Mr. Alli's aim is to psycho-educate and focus on skill development and coping strategies for a better tomorrow.
